12/09/2024 – Nearly 4 months since we received approval to post Public Notice and we are still awaiting our SEPA Threshold Determination.  Stay posted.  It may be before the new year…

8/17/2024 – Our Traffic response is complete, and in the hands of the City.  We now await the SEPA Determination.

8/2/2024 – Our traffic consultant expects to begin revision work for a formal PUD response on August 19th.

7/25/2024 – Submitted response to public comments and addressed the Stormwater concern. Contacted Traffic consultant to revise report. 

7/19/2024 – City Request for Additional Information regarding Traffic Study and Stormwater was received. 

6/28/2024 – Public Comments received and reviewed by the PTPA team. 

6/11/2024 – We have just 14 days remaining for public comments on our PUD. You can download it here. Signs are posted at the corner of San Juan Ave. and Discovery Rd., as well as at the T-intersection of Hastings St. and Discovery Rd.

6/1/2024 – Breaking news… The City will soon be posting the Public Notice for our San Juan Discovery development.

5/08/2024 – Still awaiting a written City staff response on our PUD resubmission. A Public Notice will soon follow.”

3/11/2024 – Our revised PUD has been resubmitted to the City!”

2/8/2024 – Our Planned Unit Development (PUD) will introduce innovative features and policies to enhance our living systems. The vetting process is taking slightly longer than anticipated. Stay tuned for updates.

6/10/2023 – 1 year, 2 months and still waiting for the City of Port Townsend to prepare the PUD for Hearing!

2/13/2023 – The Clock has restarted!  The City of Port Townsend has accepted our responses and PUD for resubmission.  They have 120 to prepare for the Hearing Examiner.  Stay tuned for more information.

7/21/2022– The City has responded!  We are working on submitting the information requested from City Planning to better prepare our project for its public review.
